ImageDeposit’s new 32-way IBM x445 mini Supercomputer,
Well, I got my circa 2004 32-way IBM x445 mini Supercomputer, its sold to power for high-end databases, server consolidation and mission-critical business applications, yep that should do our/imagedeposit needs quite well running windows server datacenter 2008.
Original price paid by the original owner was over $200,000 in 2004. I forgot to mention that imagedeposit is currently running on an IBM 2-way x345 with serveraid5i raid 10 in 4gb of ram. They’re so heavy, 80lbs each. But I’m just really enjoying the powerfully phallic nature of it and what it will end up giving us, you and I. This machine could service upwards of 4 billion images and that is half of current leader.
Oh yeah that speaker is a vintage KEF 105 series II, built in 1980. I paid $60 dollars for them in 1995. You can’t see but those are IBM white papers on the wall. There is gold in white papers.

I love old school speakers and have a pair of HPM-150’s and a pair of HPM-1100’s I listen to here in my living room down here in Baja…
